Overview: Messengers International Angel Points Program is a service of The Messengers International, Inc. This program is provided for all eligible clients of The Messengers International. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Eligibility: Eligibility The Messengers International Angel Points Program is limited to current The Messengers International, Inc. client, except as otherwise determined by bargaining unit representation. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Angel Points is available after eligibility is severed.

Change: The Messengers International reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time. The Messengers International reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by The Messengers International at its sole discretion.

Participant Enrollment: Each eligible client is automatically enrolled in the The Messengers International Angel Points Program and is assigned a user login and password, used to gain access to The Messengers International Angel Points Program web site, once the client has met the criteria set forth by The Messengers International. Upon initial login, participants may change their personal password.

Earning Rewards: The earning and accumulation of Angel Points begins when an eligible participant receives a nomination and that nomination is approved by the appropriate Manager, or a Manager, Director, or Vice President awards points from their discretionary account. Eligible participants may also earn points by participating in Promotional Events - although points are not guaranteed solely on the basis of event participation. Points will be awarded in accordance with the rules governing the Promotional Event, as established The Messengers International Angel Points Program Administrator. There is no backdating of enrollment to retroactively award Angel Points.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

1. Any Angel Points not redeemed before a maximum of 90 days of not using The Messengers International service will expire.
2. Angel Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
3. The Angel Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Angel Points to another cardholder. Angel Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward:

1. The Messengers International reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Angel Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
3. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

Statements of The Messengers International Angel Points Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as The Messengers International Angel Points point balances.

Termination of Program: The Messengers International reserves the right to terminate the Angel Points Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Angel Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.

Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from The Messengers International Angel Points On-Line Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Angel Points On-Line Catalog.

Promotional Events: From time to time, The Messengers International, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Angel Points Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.

Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not The Messengers International or any of its affiliates or agents. The Messengers International will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, provincial and local regulations.

Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of The Messengers International. The information collected on this web site will be used by The Messengers International in connection with The Messengers International Angel Points Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non-The Messengers International or non-The Messengers International third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.
